On Treatment Visits
During your treatment regimen, you are required to see your physician once a week. This is a national standard in radiation therapy that we strictly abide by. Your doctor visit will be listed on your treatment schedule calendar as “OTV.”
New Patient Orientation
Every Monday we invite all of our new patients and their spouses or caregivers to join us for New Patient Orientation. This is a great opportunity to learn more about proton therapy and Provision prior to starting treatment. Lunch will be served at 12:00 pm. Please wait in the lobby for the Patient Experience employee to escort you to the conference room.
Join our Chief Dietician, Casey Coffey, for a weekly nutritional presentation. This informational session with help you better understand how to stay healthy while on treatment.

Wednesdays at 10:00 am– Breast/Other Patient Nutrition
“Did You Know?” Chat Sessions
Every Wednesday from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm, you are invited to join us for our Patient & Family Chat Session. Each session will provide information on a specific Provision topic. Please see our printed calendar at the patient concierge desk for weekly topics.
“Celebrate & Graduate” Patient Luncheon
Every Wednesday from 12:00 – 1:00 pm, our Patient Experience department will host a luncheon in the lobby café area for all current patients and spouses or caregivers. This is a great opportunity to connect and converse with other patients on treatment.
Behind the Scenes Tour
Guests are invited to view and tour our treatment rooms, cyclotron, and ProNova research and development for the next generation of Proton Therapy. Please sign up at the patient concierge desk to attend a tour. The tour will begin promptly at 11:00 am.
